The combination of physical properties such as chemical resistance, toughness, light weight and resistance to abrasion, PA (Nylon) 6 is regularly machined into parts to replace brass, steel, bronze, and aluminium. Nylon 66 most is enhanced with molybdenum 2 disulfide. It provides a lower coefficient of friction and also improved wear resistance. PA (Nylon) 66 GF 30 is reinforced with 30% glass fibres. This thus offers higher tensile strength, superior abrasion resistance and flexural strength.
