We have been manufacturing Nozzles for cooling towers .We have evolved with different designs needed by the industry with our designs & also with customers designed spray Nozzles.
Filter & Stem are the two parts of the Nozzle mainly. Filter usually has slots for restricting the resin or gravel from passing through along with water. The flow through Nozzle is decided No. of slots, slot width & length. The Filter nozzle is generally fitted to the under drain bed with the threaded stem inserted in to the holes where it will be bolted to the plate with washers & Nuts.
